I wanted to send you an email to let you know I came in for my Grab One Facial yesterday and Hayley looked after me. I am over 60 and I have had a no. of facials but this was one of the best, if not the best. Hayley was very friendly and warm whilst remaining very professional and she explained each step as she was about to perform it. Her technique is fantastic and I really enjoyed the products - the light citrus smell was lovely. The choice of music and the volume were just right too. I really feel Hayley can go a long way.
I had a facial with Cherry on Thursday. I've had a lot of facials in my years, and I'd just like to pass on that I felt she was one of the most genuine therapists I have ever come across. Cherry has a lovely touch and Nimue was a beautiful facial. However what really came across was Cherrys' love of her job and of her desire to please her client; she was not the regular 'fake' therapist I have come across. She exceeded my expectations, which is very rare :) Thank you.
