Artistic Colour Gloss

Created by Tom Bachik, one of the top manicurists in the world, Artistic Nail Design's Colour Gloss Soak-Off Gel System is the hottest product to have hit salons worldwide in years, promising up to 21 days of flawless, glorious colour.

We tried and tested this system before agreeing to introduce it in our salon, doing 100 sets to ensure that it lived up to its reputation. The first thing that attracted us to Color Gloss was the fact that celebrity manicurist Bachik had road-tested and put his name to it, and the second was the incredible, on trend colour range.

It really is the ultimate long-lasting non-peeling, quick light-cured, chip-proof manicure that provides a super-shiny finish. It's fast as well as stunning and applies almost thinner than a normal nail polish. There is no obvious thickness like some other Gel products on the market, and Color Gloss does not fade. Removal consists of soaking a pad in an acetone-based formula, applying to the nail plate and wrapping in tinfoil for ten minutes.

What we say:
This is a thin gel polish that applies almost thinner than a normal nail polish. We initially found it quite hard to believe that this flimsy liquid would or could withstand bathing the children let alone normal activities. The product even looks thin so there is no obvious thickness like some other Gel products on the market. We have switched over 85% of our regular Shellac clients to Color Gloss. They love the ease of the product as well as the vast, modern colour range (38 colours to start). Color Gloss does not fade - it remains shiny after 21 days so there is no need to give them a clean with nail polish remover. 28 new colours will be launched on 01 July 2011!
